Welcome to the Labyrinth of Divinity.

(named by one of my clients after their experience)

Why book a session?

If you are exhausted, feeling anxious or experiencing challenging times and your thoughts are overwhelming it is time to stop and breathe.  Walking the labyrinth helps to calm the mind. In stillness the answers can be found.

What is a labyrinth?

The Labyrinth is a walking meditation. It has been used for thousands of years to help still the mind. It can be found in many different cultures and religions.  The path has been walked by millions around the world and is still used today. It belongs to no set group or  religion, it simply exists and for this reason it is regard as a scared symbol.

The Labyrinth of Divinity is called a Classical Labyrinth. It has 7 circuits or paths that you follow. This design is 4,000 years old.

What are the benefits of walking the labyrinth?

The winding path helps to still your mind. You automatically slow down simply placing one foot in front of the other. There are no tricks or problems to solve, simply walking towards the centre. The circular path automatically balances your mind. You naturally return to stillness. In the stillness the answers are found.

How does the ritual work?

The ritual explained…

We begin by discussing the challenge or question that needs to be resolved. We set an intention for walking the labyrinth. You may choose an oracle card as further guidance

I then guide you to walk the Labyrinth. This is your journey inward. Every step brings you closer to stillness. Trusting yourself as you follow the winding path. A journey of remembrance, finding your truth, love and innate wisdom. You are walking into the heart, centre, of the labyrinth. This is the space where transformation takes place. A moment to pause, reflect, release. As you begin to walk out, this is the space to reset. Once you walk out of the labyrinth the is time to sit quietly, journal if you wish. You may choose another card and then we close the sacred space we created.

This is one of the many ways I work with The Labyrinth of Divinity.

I look forward to accompanying you on your journey home.

Always in love

Blessings

Rose
